Many have been saying the future is female for some time now, but for a lot of us the future is already here, regardless of whether expired stereotypes still prevail in workplaces around the world. And even if evidence proving that women are assuming a greater portion of leadership roles is lacking (and it is, because progress is being made too slowly), there’s a lot to suggest that diversity, inclusiveness and forward-thinking attitudes on this topic are not just a matter of doing what’s right, it’s about doing what’s good for business.
From Wellness to Mindfulness: Self-Reflection at the Business Level

Keeping Your Motivation High
With inspired workers we keep a positive work culture. Encourage yourself, your colleagues and your teams to find a way to identify. Make time to include things in your schedule that will gratify you and remind you of the true reason why you do all you do. After all, we are in charge of our own happiness.
INSPIRING OTHERS THROUGH CHANGE
The purpose of change is about a destination, the end game that we can only imagine because it’s not real yet; it doesn’t exist in the present. It’s the ultimate picture of the future that only free will, desire, aspirations, and dreams can generate. This is the part of change that I hadn’t found in any book or speech, and this is precisely the aspect of change that I believe is deeply inspirational.
